The massage begins with the upper back, where a combination of deep massage and pressure points are applied to help relax the muscles. It soothes away stress and tension, leaving you revitalized and re-energized. And as an added bonus, it helps promote healthy hair by stimulating circulation.

A heated massage designed to work tight, knotted muscles and release tension. Basalt stones (made of strong, smooth volcanic rock that contains iron and magnesium and absorbs heat) are used to penetrate warmth throughout your body. Cupping

Cupping often leaves temporary red marks on the skin, caused by increased blood flow to the area. Darker marks can indicate areas where fluids, such as blood and lymph, have been more stagnant. These marks typically fade within a few hours to several days. With regular treatments, marks in the same area usually become lighter over time.

Magnetic cupping is an alternative therapy that has been around for thousands of years. By creating a magnetic field, the bio-magnetic field of the body is better equipped to heal and repair the body. The appropriate magnet strength level is applied to your meridian lines to help balance your energy, while loosening the body’s tight muscular fibres.

This therapy involves placing glass jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air through a process that involves fire. One way to think about cupping is that it is the inverse of massage. Rather than applying pressure to muscles, the suction uses pressure to pull skin, tissue and muscles upward.
Massage cupping focuses on massage movements and negative pressure. A cup is positioned at the area to be treated, and the suction effect it creates increases blood flow and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area.
