Radiance: Kundalini Yoga Workshop

Cultivate optimism and positivity through this Kundalini workshop. Kundalini is a form of yoga that involves chanting, breathing exercises and repetitive poses, with the purpose of activating inner spiritual energy (Kundalini). This particular class is designed to help strengthen your energetic body to combat anxiety and negativity and help you tap into your deep inner radiance. The workshop will include Kundalini kriyas, mantra and meditation. 

This workshop is taught by Kelly Mayville, an experienced Kundalini and Yin yoga teacher. She emphasizes the strong health benefits of yoga, alongside a deeply spiritual approach to the practice. This workshop is an excellent opportunity to expand your yoga experience or to deepen your kundalini yoga practice. Suitable for all-levels.

Mindful Mondays is back at Uniquely Pure!

Coming up is Yin Yoga one Monday per month online over Zoom from 6–7pm (Eastern time).

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Purchase the pass by selecting your desires date(s) from the dropdown menu. Be sure to use an email address that you will have access to in order to receive the Zoom link.

Step 2: Check your email for the Zoom link 1 hour before the class starts. Be sure to check your spam folder, and if you don’t see it within 30 minutes before the class starts, please let us know by emailing uniquelypurestudio@gmail.com.

Step 3: Have your props ready—2 yoga blocks, a bolster/pillow, a blanket, and water nearby.

Step 4: Click the Zoom link to join! We highly recommend getting your space and device setup well in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
